In 2018, our Company initiated cooperation with contractors for construction project of Nord Stream 2. Nord Stream 2 is a gas pipeline running from Russia to Germany across the Baltic Sea bed.
In 2017, Amur-Point concluded contracts with a number of key contractors for the construction of Amur GPP. Amur Gas processing Plant will be located in the Far Eastern Federal District, Svobodnensky District in Amur Oblast.
On 10 July 2016, Amur-Point Company celebrated its 10th anniversary.
The Company management surprised their personnel with a unique present idea – meeting and dining at a restaurant in Saint Petersburg, where one of the Company offices is located.
In autumn 2015, Amur-Point Company traditionally took part at the 19th conference “Oil and Gas 2015”. “Oil and Gas 2015” is the only event dedicated to oil & gas projects at Sakhalin and the Far East of Russia, at which top management of major companies took part.
In 2015, The Company concluded a contract with “Kola Yard” LLC, subsidiary of NOVATEK, which is one of the largest independent producer of natural gas in Russia, Murmansk Oblast.
Arctic LNG-2 will become the second LNG-project operated by NOVATEK.
In 2015, a major event for the Company was the establishment of Amur-Point Subdivision in Saint Petersburg. Establishment of a new office became an important step for Company growth.
In September 2014, Amur-Point took part at the 18th traditional conference “Oil and Gas 2014”.
This event was held under the theme of “SAKHALIN and THE RUSSIAN FAR EAST. Energy strategy – engaged in the East”. This event gave our Company the opportunity to establish business contacts with the prospective customers.
In September 2012, Amur-Point company took part at the 16th annual conference and exhibition Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2012 which was heldin Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on September 24 - 27. This business event provided a unique opportunity for Amur-Point to meet with it’s current customers and establish relationships with another companies by presenting it’s services.
On September 27, 2012 Exxon Neftegas Limited acting on behalf of Sakhalin-1 Consortium successfully completed installation of the gravity-based structure (GBS) for its new offshore platform to develop Arkutun-Dagi, the third oil field of «Sakhalin-1» project, offshore Northeast Sakhalin Island.
At the end of 2010 Amur-Point began to assess its work quality on Sakhalin-1 project in Nakhodka. For managers of Aker Solutions there was developed a questionnaire, which consisted of questions about the personnel adaptation, work quality and safety compliance on the Project, as well as quality of Amur-Point rendered services . The quality audit provided a lot of valuable information.
