In September 2012, Amur-Point company took part at the 16th annual conference and exhibition Sakhalin Oil and Gas 2012 which was heldin Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk on September 24 - 27. This business event provided a unique opportunity for Amur-Point to meet with it’s current customers and establish relationships with another companies by presenting it’s services.
On September 27, 2012 Exxon Neftegas Limited acting on behalf of Sakhalin-1 Consortium successfully completed installation of the gravity-based structure (GBS) for its new offshore platform to develop Arkutun-Dagi, the third oil field of «Sakhalin-1» project, offshore Northeast Sakhalin Island.
At the end of 2010 Amur-Point began to assess its work quality on Sakhalin-1 project in Nakhodka. For managers of Aker Solutions there was developed a questionnaire, which consisted of questions about the personnel adaptation, work quality and safety compliance on the Project, as well as quality of Amur-Point rendered services . The quality audit provided a lot of valuable information.
October 12, 2010 Amur-Point Company was invited by Exxon Neftegaz Limited to participate in a workshop for potential vendors and contractors of "Sakhalin-1" project. The workshop was held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk at "Santa Resort Hotel". At the workshop there were more than 100 representatives from 59 companies of different activities. Amur-Point Company was the only recruitment agency that participated in the workshop.
In winter 2009, the construction of Gravity Based Structure (GBS) started in Nakhodka (Primorsky Kray). Further, GBS will be used for installation of oil and gas production platform to develop the Arkutun-Dagi field (north-east shelf of Sakhalin island) being a part of Sakhalin-1 Project. The construction of GBS is carried out in Vostochny Port, Nakhodka.
