Sakhalin-1 Workshop

October 12, 2010 Amur-Point Company was invited by Exxon Neftegaz Limited to participate in a workshop for potential vendors and contractors of "Sakhalin-1" project. The workshop was held in Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk at "Santa Resort Hotel”. At the workshop there were more than 100 representatives from 59 companies of different activities. Amur-Point Company was the only recruitment agency that participated in the workshop.

Representatives of ENL told about "Sakhalin-1" project and how they strived to increase goods and services procurement from qualified and competitive vendors and thereby contribute to economic growth of the project work areas. As a participant of the workshop Amur-Point Company received the information that would help to develop the qualities necessary for successful cooperation with ENL.

Representatives of ENL told about the prequalification and tender procedure, and had individual meetings, interviews, during which the company noted Amur-Point as a perspective recruitment agency.

This event provided a unique opportunity to goods and services vendors to tell about themselves and develop relationships with other companies. We were delighted to meet our friends and partners of Lo-Trans, Island General Services, Access A.S.K., Kentech Sakhalin Technical Services companies at the workshop.
